Nako\u013eko sign\u00e1l je funkciou pr\u00edtlaku pevnej vzorky ku kry\u0161t\u00e1lu, nie je vhodn\u00e9 mera\u0165 vzorky v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch rozmerov resp. ve\u013emi hrub\u00e9. Je tie\u017e mo\u017en\u00e9 mera\u0165 tatie\u017e kvapaln\u00e9 vzorky.
